Ingredients:
- 250g Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1 Bunch of spring onion, completely trimmed but left whole
- 1 Tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbs. butter
- 1/3 cup minced shallot of onion
- 250g Shiitake Mushrooms
Directions:
1. In a medium pan, over medium heat, melt butter
2. Add shallot; cook and stir until soft about 2 minutes
3. Cook; stirring to blend flavors, about 6 minutes
